It was March break and my kids and I were creating things out of modelling clay. They decided they would make “Peanut Butter’s Treehouse of Infinite Potential”. It was marvellous and elaborate with a fun spinning ladder, and it just kept getting better and better……. Flying Taco’s couch of infinite potential The slide of infinite potential The pool of infinite potential The ladder of infinite potential And you can imagine how it continued.
I was fascinated, for when they described the objects as having INFINITE POTENTIAL, it was so easy to imagine them as something MORE, as not being limited to their usual categorized classification. It made me think…… What if instead of seeing people/situations/things for the story that we (or they) are attached to….. what if we engaged with their INFINITE POTENTIAL!? Give it a try! Engage with the infinite potential of your friend, or a situation at work, or whatever! When you access your perception of it differently, as being infinitely full of potential.....how does it change? -Jules Hare
